startle by HQ

yesterday our restaurant was "visited"(actually is some kind of spot check)by some bigwig-HQ.....n soo "lucky", i am d one who serve them n is only told by the manager after i served them drinks..everybody seems so nervous about my presentation n keep asking me question....
1)how long did u take 2 serve the drinks???got exceed 5 mins anot!!!!
2)did u suggest our promotion???
3)did u follow the 7 service step??!!!
juz the 3 question above ......i hav been asked about 7 times
OMG.....how can i remember ...i thought they r juz the ordinary customers..anyway if we passs the "exam"( means if we all presented well in front of the HQ)we will get RM50 bonus ...so tats why everybody is soo concerned about my perform...

2weeks in ......

my 1st working experience started in a Japanese restaurant in 31 Dec 2009.........(weird rite??!!) start work on the last day of 2009...things r getting better now,compare 2 the 1st 3 days I start work....every night sit up suddenly(dunno why)....now at least have time 2 start my 1st online diary....
